Appreciated how the spotless and reasonably large room with a good view of the bosphorus was arranged when we arrived. The staff was exceptionally nice and superbly friendly, offered impeccable services.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions and easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the free room upgrade and the small gift on check-out. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was that the shower temperature fluctuated a bit in the mornings. However, this issue resolved itself quickly, so I didn't find it necessary to mention to the staff.
